- 2 yufka
- 8 tbsp Tunas tahini
- 6 tbsp liquid oil
- 10 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3-4 tbsp walnuts or nuts inside
- 1 egg yolk
- Icing sugar (on top of Rolls)



Mix the tahini, liquid oil, granulated sugar and walnuts. Spread out the dough and rub half the mortar. Fold the dough, form a semicircle and roll and wrap. Do the same to the other yufkaya.
Cut the rolls at 2-3 cm intervals and arrange on the pre-greased tray. Put egg yolks on them. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until pink. Sprinkle icing sugar over them according to desire.
