- 5 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 100g margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 30 g age yeast
- 1 tutam tuz
- 1 lemon zest
- 20 pieces of Tunas fig jam
- On: margarine and icing sugar



Melt the yeast with the hot milk. Let it swell for a while. Mix flour, sugar, margarine, eggs, salt and milk in which you melt yeast. Add the lemon zest. Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour if necessary. After kneading the dough, put a lid on it and wait for it to ferment.

Break off pieces of 2 layers of blistering dough. Roll them and put a grain of fig jam in them. Cover the dough so that there is no open space.

Line up on a greased baking sheet. Put a piece of margarine on each one. Bake in a 200-degree oven until pink. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
